Shipping & Pickup Policy

All Day One Living furniture and décor purchases are special order and are estimated to arrive within approximately 6 to 8 weeks. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on product availability and maker lead times.

All orders will be delivered to our local warehouse for customer pickup. Once your order has arrived and is ready, a member of the Day One Living team will contact you directly to coordinate pickup.

Please do not arrive at the warehouse until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

At this time, Day One Living does not offer direct residential delivery or shipping. Customers are responsible for picking up their purchases and arranging any transportation needed from the warehouse.
